Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of spujah.com and learn.spujah.com (the "Sites") and any courses, programs, books, webinars, retreats and services offered by Dr S Pujah ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Sites or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. Who we are

2. What we offer

• Self-paced online courses delivered on learn.spujah.com.
• 1:1 programs and space services (Bio-7™ and Geo-7™), delivered over a set number of sessions.
• Digital books and e-books, bundles and combos.
• Webinars and retreats.

Product descriptions, inclusions and durations are shown on each product page and are part of these Terms for that purchase.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. When you buy a course, we create a student account for you on learn.spujah.com. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Course access is for your personal, non-transferable use only.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your card details.
• The price is confirmed at checkout. Your order is complete only once payment is successfully received.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank/currency-conversion fees that may apply in your country.

5. Delivery & access

For self-paced courses, access is granted to your learn.spujah.com account, and your login details are emailed to you, usually within a few minutes of successful payment. For 1:1 programs, our team will contact you to schedule your sessions. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your access email, and contact us if it does not arrive.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Sites and within our courses, programs and books — including text, video, audio, images, worksheets, methods, the Bio-7™ and Geo-7™ trademarks, and the underlying methodologies — is owned by or licensed to Dr S Pujah and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content you purchase for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly allowed), resell, share, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Sites, share your account, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful code, or use our content to compete with or harm our business. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for breach of these Terms.

9. Wellness disclaimer — important

Our courses, programs, books and services are provided for educational and general wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Dr S Pujah is not a licensed medical practitioner. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health, diet, exercise or medication, and never disregard professional advice because of something you learned from us. You use our content at your own discretion and risk. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

10. Third-party links & services

The Sites may link to third-party websites and use third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Calendly, learn.spujah.com, Meta, Google). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr S Pujah and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Sites, courses, programs or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Sites or content.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and your continued use of the Sites after changes means you accept them.
