Dr S Pujah (formerly Pujah Subhash Srivastav) spent her early career in investment banking. She walked away when she realised the same intelligence that powered her quant work could be applied to a far older system — the one her grandmother quietly used to keep their home, their bodies, and their decisions in alignment for decades.
The arc that became the work
After founding Balance1Studio in Dubai, Dr S Pujah began noticing the same patterns repeating across her clients — high performers stuck in their own success, families with everything except ease, founders carrying invisible burnout. The Vedic frameworks she'd grown up around (Vastu, astrology, numerology) explained why. The modern frameworks she'd trained in (biology, building science, nervous-system work) explained how to actually move it.
The fusion of the two became Bio-7™ Wellness and Geo-7™ Spaces — her trademarked systems that look at the body and the home as one decoded field rather than two isolated puzzles.
