Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for products and services bought from Dr S Pujah on spujah.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
1. Self-paced online courses
Because courses give you immediate access to digital content, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course. After 7 days, or once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable. To request a refund, email us within the window (see Section 6).
2. 1:1 programs & space services (Bio-7™ & Geo-7™)
- You may cancel and receive a refund (less any non-recoverable third-party costs and a reasonable administration fee) up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session.
- Once your first session has taken place, the program is considered started; fees for sessions already delivered, plus any customised materials prepared for you (reports, blends, tools), are non-refundable.
- Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged; missed sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be forfeited.
3. E-books & digital downloads
Due to their instantly downloadable nature, e-books, digital guides and digital tools are non-refundable once access or the download has been provided, except where required by law or where the file is faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement.
4. Webinars, bundles & combos
- Webinars: the access fee is non-refundable once the access link or recording has been sent.
- Bundles & combos: refunds follow the rule for each item in the bundle; once any course in a bundle has been accessed beyond 20%, the bundle is non-refundable.
5. Retreats
Retreat bookings are subject to the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking, due to venue, travel and catering commitments. Deposits are generally non-refundable.
6. How to request a refund
Email spujahgrow@gmail.com with your order email, the product name and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Faulty access or duplicate charges
If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, contact us straight away — we will fix it or refund the affected charge in full.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks on legitimately delivered products may result in loss of course access.
