Dr. S Pujah provides wellness consultation services including Bio7 Wellness and Geo7 Spaces programs from Dubai, UAE. We also sell authentic wellness products including essential oils, chakra tools, and natural remedies through our online store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Minors need written parental consent and supervision. We recommend consulting healthcare professionals before starting wellness programs, especially if you have medical conditions.
Services and Products
Consultation Services: In-person sessions in Dubai and video consultations worldwide. Available services include energy healing, chakra balancing, aromatherapy consultations, and numerology readings.
Wellness Products: 100% natural Ayurvedic products, essential oils, bath salts, and healing tools. All products are quality-tested and certified according to UAE ministry standards.
Booking and Payment
All consultations require advance booking through our official channels. Full payment is required before service delivery. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payments processed through secure gateways.
Prices are listed in AED and may change with 30 days written notice. Existing bookings honor original prices. Service packages are non-transferable but can be rescheduled with proper notice.
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Our wellness services complement but do not replace conventional medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Results vary based on individual circumstances and commitment to recommendations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Consultation Services:
- Cancel 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund
- Cancel 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 24 hours: No refund
- Missed appointments: Non-refundable
- Emergency situations are reviewed case-by-case basis
For Physical Products:
- Return unopened products within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective
- Personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Customer pays return shipping unless our error
Intellectual Property
Bio7 Wellness and Geo7 Spaces methodologies are proprietary to Dr. S Pujah and protected by UAE copyright laws. Course materials, assessment tools, and educational content remain our intellectual property.
Product formulations and blends are protected trade secrets. You receive limited personal-use license for the provided materials. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

All consultation information remains strictly confidential according to UAE privacy laws. Health information is protected with bank-level security. Testimonials are used only with written consent and identifying details removed.
Limitation of Liability
We provide services in good faith based on professional training and experience. You assume responsibility for wellness decisions and outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for specific services or products.
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, shipping issues, or technical failures beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through Dubai courts or mediation. We encourage direct communication to resolve concerns before formal procedures.
