Shipping Destinations
We ship wellness products throughout UAE with 2-5 business days delivery. International shipping available to USA, UK, Australia, and selected countries with 7-14 business days delivery time.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time. Certain natural products cannot be shipped to countries with import restrictions.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom aromatherapy blends and personalized products require 5-7 additional days for formulation. Weekend orders are processed next business day.
During peak seasons and UAE holidays, processing may extend to 5 business days. Email notifications are sent for any delays.
Shipping Costs
UAE domestic shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Orders over AED 200 qualify for free UAE shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Express shipping available for urgent orders at additional cost. Rates displayed before payment completion.
Delivery Process
We email tracking information once orders are shipped. Most UAE deliveries occur during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM). High-value orders may require signature confirmation for security.
If delivery fails due to address issues or recipient unavailability, packages are held at courier facility. Re-delivery fees may apply for multiple failed attempts.
International Shipping and Customs
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by destination country authorities. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and collected upon delivery.
Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. We provide all required customs documentation for clearance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report delivery problems within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We work with shipping partners to resolve issues quickly. All shipments include basic insurance coverage.
Additional insurance available for high-value orders. Replacement products or refunds provided for confirmed shipping damage or loss.
Service Delivery (Consultations)
In-person consultations are conducted at our Dubai wellness center. Video consultations available worldwide through secure, encrypted platforms. Technical support provided to ensure smooth online sessions.
International video sessions are scheduled to accommodate different time zones with flexible booking options.
